Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Our products are made to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color selected at checkout. Please review the sizing charts in each product description carefully before ordering.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Contact us at [your email] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the problem is on our end, we'll arrange a free reprint or refund — there's no need to return the damaged product.

Lost packages. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong address. If an address provided at checkout is insufficient or incorrect and the shipment is returned to the facility, you'll be responsible for any reshipment costs. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Mislabeled items. Though rare, if an item was mislabeled, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order — include your order number and photos — and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Sealed/hygiene products. Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons (such as face masks) are not eligible for return.
