Shipping policy
All orders are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. Fulfillment (production and packing) typically takes 2–5 business days for all products before your order ships. Total delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping transit time.
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- Domestic (US/Canada) Standard: 3–4 business days
- Domestic Express: 1–3 business days
- International Standard: 5–20 business days
Shipping rates. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Multi-item orders ship at a reduced rate, with a "first item" charge plus a smaller fee for each additional item.
Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to customs fees, handling charges, or import taxes upon delivery, which vary by destination country and order value and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery estimates. All times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally exceed the estimated window due to factors outside our control.
Issues & lost packages. If you haven't received your order or there's a problem with your products, contact us at support@sherryhour.com with your order number. Please report any quality issues or missing packages within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
