Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Avocado oil spray

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.
  4. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for crisping. Spray the tops lightly with avocado oil spray.
  5. Bake for 20–30 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until both sides are golden and crispy. Total cook time will be about 50–60 minutes, depending on your oven.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy!
