Every piece is made to order just for you. Production and packing take about 2–5 business days, then shipping time is added on top. So your total wait is fulfillment time plus transit. Domestic (US/Canada) standard shipping runs about 3–4 business days after fulfillment, express is 1–3, and international standard can take anywhere from 5–20 business days depending on where you are.

Because nothing here sits in a warehouse — each item is printed and made fresh when you order it. It's a few extra days, but it means less waste and a piece made just for you. Worth the short wait.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and what's in your order. Ordering more than one item? You'll get a reduced rate — a "first item" charge plus a smaller fee for each additional piece

They can. Depending on your country, international orders may be subject to customs fees, handling charges, or import taxes when they arrive. These vary by destination and order value, and they're the responsibility of the recipient

All times are estimates rather than guarantees. We move as quickly as we can, but delivery can occasionally run past the estimated window due to factors outside our control.

Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, a wrong size, or a wrong color selected at checkout. Please check the sizing chart in each product description carefully before ordering — a quick look now saves a headache later.

We'll make it right. Submit any claim within 30 days of receiving your order — email us at support@sherryhour.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If it's on our end, we'll arrange a free reprint or refund, and there's no need to send the damaged item back.

Since each piece is made to order, we can't swap sizes or colors chosen at checkout. That's exactly why we include a sizing chart on every product page — give it a look before you order so your piece fits just right the first time.

First, hang tight through the estimated window. If it still hasn't shown up, email us at support@sherryhour.com with your order number. For packages lost in transit, claims need to be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
