Ingredients

  • 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 containers fresh strawberries
  • 1 box graham crackers

Directions

  1. Wash, pat dry, and slice the strawberries. Set a few whole ones aside for decorating the top.
  2. Using a hand or stand mixer, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup, then whip again until well combined.
  3. Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream, one cup at a time, while mixing. Continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture onto the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  5. Add a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them to fit as needed.
  6. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream on top, followed by an even layer of sliced strawberries.
  7. Repeat the layering process — graham crackers, whipped cream, strawberries — until you reach the top. You’ll create about four layers, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  8. Garnish with crushed graham crackers and the reserved fresh strawberries.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight for best results).
  10. Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy every creamy bite!
