Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen cherries
  • 1 quart black cherry juice
  • 1 quart pomegranate juice
  • 1 liter ginger ale or lemon lime soda
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Fresh orange slices

Directions

  1. Prepare the fruit. Slice the oranges into thin rounds and set aside. Keep the frozen cherries chilled until ready to assemble the punch.
  2. Combine the juices. In a large punch bowl, pour in the black cherry juice and pomegranate juice. Stir gently until combined.
  3. Add the fruit. Add the frozen cherries and orange slices to the punch bowl. The frozen cherries will help keep the punch cold while adding flavor.
  4. Add the ice. Place ice cubes into the punch bowl or individual serving glasses to keep the drink chilled.
  5. Add the ginger ale. Just before serving, slowly pour in the ginger ale or lemon lime soda. Stir gently to combine while preserving the carbonation.
  6. Decorate. Add food safe floating skull decorations and decorative spiders for a spooky Halloween presentation. Keep any nonedible decorations separate from the drink.
